Past Masters Humanities Series

The Dalhousie Libraries now subscribe to the full suite of the Intelex Past Masters series of full-text humanities databases. InteLex assembles and publishes cohesive collections of excellent editions of the greatest authors from Abelard to Yeats, in both original language and English translation. The series includes published and unpublished works, articles and essays, and correspondence. This site is intended to provide librarians and students with research materials, industry news and information related to librarianship and related fields. ebrary’s Library Center currently includes more than 75 full-text books spanning topics such as digital library development, general collection development, and the history of libraries and librarianship, as well as illustrated guides from the Library of Congress. Nature Research Journals

The Dalhousie Libraries have offered our users free access to 10 Nature Research journals for several years. Now thanks to a new subscription, users can read five more Nature journals online: Nature Geoscience (new for 2008), Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Photonics, Nature Physics, and Nature Protocols.
